Boubyan Bank was seeking a complete building redesign to accompany their brand facelift.
A unique queuing system was created which allows customers to roam freely while "standing in line." Navigational signage explains the basic bank layout with help of a simplified floorplan and intuitive icons. A sense of privacy and exclusivity is created at the VIP waiting area through a wrap-around tension fabric partition.
